Your role at Sketch

Sketch is a product-led company. We believe that great products sell themselves, but with some help from data and operations we’re able to approach new and existing customers in wise and respectful ways. That’s where you come in.

You’ll work closely with sales leaders to create and implement our go-to-market organization and process model, while managing, measuring and optimizing the business’s processes.

Sketch has always been a 100% remote company, with our team based around the world. Being remote adds great flexibility, and helps us build a more diverse team. We put respect for each other above everything else.

Besides being remote, we work asynchronously as often as we can. This means that we communicate mostly using Slack, Notion and GitHub. When we need it, we also have video calls. This means you’ll need to have an excellent grasp of written English, great communication skills and feel comfortable working in a remote environment.

On a typical day, you could be:

  • Designing, implementing and managing sales-related processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the sales team.
  • Organizing cross-functional teams. You’ll be helping to develop our capabilities in enabling systems and tools across our sales teams.
  • Creating and managing operational processes for regular sales forecasting and reviews.
  • Performing data analyses on large and disparate datasets to gather insights required to make key business decisions. That might include product adoption, renewal data, and resource effectiveness.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities. You’ll be developing and taking ownership of reporting and dashboards.


  • You have at least 3 years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a growth stage software company, or operational experience in management consulting, investment banking or business insights/analytics roles.
  • You’re a problem solver; a road paver and an operator with excellent process skills and serious discipline.
  • You have experience helping organizations find product-market fit. You’ve defined scalable, repeatable sales process, particularly within a CRM system.
  • You have the ability to work effectively in a remote, unstructured environment with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Your analytical skills are strong. You take a structured approach to solving unique business problems, and using data to inform decision-making is second nature to you.
  • You know your way around large data sets (experience with advanced SQL and Excel skills will be useful).
  • Your communication skills and grasp of written English are excellent.
  • You have an undergraduate degree.

  • You have enterprise expertise with Hubspot CRM.
