How do I update my billing information?

If your Workspace is currently in a 30-days trial period, you can add a credit card and billing information by following these steps:

  1. Go to Sketch, log in as an Admin or Finance and switch to your Workspace in the top-left corner — Make sure your Workspace name is showing.
  2. Head to People & Settings on the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the Subscribe to Sketch button, you will then be able to select the billing period (monthly or yearly) and add a credit or debit card. This will not initiate an invoice immediately, but when your trial ends.

If you need to update existing credit card and billing details in your Workspace, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Sketch, log in as an Admin or Finance and switch to your Workspace in the top-left corner — Make sure your Workspace name is showing.
  2. Head to People & Settings on the left sidebar.
  3. Go to the Billing tab and next to the Billing Details click on the Edit button where you will be able to update the billing info.
