What is included in a Business Plan?
The Business Plan is an addition to a Sketch subscription. Its features include Single Sign-On (SSO), unlimited Workspace storage, technical support via Live Chat and priority customer support. You’ll also have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help you whenever you need it.
Our Support Team will reply within 24 hours during normal Sketch business hours. For our Live Chat, we will aim to reply within five minutes for any technical support queries you send from 10AM - 10PM Mon-Fri CEST.
Additionally, we are able to assist with advanced security reviews, custom terms, and invoicing payment methods.
Note: Signing into the Mac app with a Single-Sign On (SSO) account requires MacOS 10.15 or later and Sketch 70.2 or later. Learn more about SSO in our documentation. SSO is only available in our Business plan.
