Why have I not received my License Manager access code?

If you’re using Google to host your email you might experience issues receiving your License Manager access code.

Following the integration of Google+ into G-Suite, messages classified as spam are now being sent to a separate moderation queue called “Pending messages”. If you don’t receive your access code within a few minutes, please check this “Pending Messages” queue.

If you want to disable this new default feature, refer to this support article from G-Suite’s Help Center. Alternatively, you can whitelist our IP address. This will make sure you receive our messages going forward.
