How do I request a refund for a payment by Bank/Wire Transfer?

We offer a 30-day grace period for every purchase and we’re happy to cancel order within that time for a full refund. However, because of the payment method, we need to our payment partner — FastSpring — process the refund manually.

To request a refund for a bank/wire transfer, visit FastSpring’s website, choose Contact Support, and enter your order information. From here, FastSpring will contact you to process your request.
