Is there a transaction or purchase limit for Resellers?
If you are a Reseller and have not received any confirmation emails for purchases, this may be due to a security measure of our payment processor, FastSpring.
If you make a number of orders in a short space of time, FastSpring will block transactions as a security measure to help prevent fraud. Your IP address may also be blocked for a short time, which prevents confirmation emails from being sent. After 2-3 business days, the security system should release any emails automatically.
