What do I do if I have issues placing an order for a legacy License?
FastSpring – our official e-commerce partner – processes all orders for Mac-only licenses. If you are having issues when placing your order, you can try the following:
- Clear your browser’s cache, relaunch it and try again.
- Try placing the order again from a different browser (using Firefox instead of Google Chrome, for example)
- Try the order from a different computer altogether
- Try using a different payment method
If none of the above solves the problem, please visit FastSpring’s website, choose Contact Support, and enter your order information.
FastSpring should respond shortly afterwards, but if you need any further help from us, please include our email address (email@example.com) in the field labelled “Notify an additional email address: (optional)“ when filling in the contact form.
