Why have I not received my License Admin access code for a legacy License?
If you’re using Google to host your email you might experience issues receiving your License Admin access code.
Following the integration of Google+ into G-Suite, messages classified as spam are now being sent to a separate moderation queue called Pending Messages. If you don’t receive your access code within a few minutes, please check the Pending Messages queue.
If you want to disable this new default feature, refer to this support article from G-Suite’s Help Center. Alternatively, to make sure you receive our messages going forward, you can add our IP address to your allowlist.
