I lost my license key. How can I retrieve it?

You should have received an email with your license key when you purchased Sketch. We suggest searching your email for SK3 to find a license purchase or renewal email, which will include your license key. If you can’t find the email, you can retrieve your license key from the License Admin page.

To access the License Admin page, you’ll need your purchase email address and access code. If you need an access code, just complete in the License Admin.

If you can’t remember your purchase email address, you can find it by clicking on Sketch › Preferences › Account in the Mac app.

If you need to change your purchase email address, just follow these instructions to do so.
