How do I request a refund for a payment by bank or wire transfer?
We offer a 30-day grace period for Mac-only license purchases, and we’re happy to cancel the order within that time for a full refund. However, because of the payment method, we need FastSpring – our payment partner — to process the refund manually.
To request a refund for a bank/wire transfer, contact FastSpring’s Customer Support by completing the contact form with your order information. Once you have completed the form, FastSpring will contact you to process your request.
