Is there a transaction or purchase limit for Resellers?
FastSpring processes our payments or Mac-only licenses. If you are a Reseller and have not received any confirmation emails for purchases, this might be due to FastSpring’s security measure.
If you make several orders in a short space of time, FastSpring will block transactions as a security measure to help prevent fraud. Your IP address may also be blocked for a short time, preventing confirmation emails from being sent. After 2-3 business days, the security system should release any emails automatically.
