What should I do if I see a discrepancy on my invoice for a legacy License?

FastSpring – our e-commerce partner – processes payments and generates invoices for Mac-only licenses. If you need more information about any charges on your invoice, please visit FastSpring’s website. Choose “Contact Support” and enter your order information in the contact form.

FastSpring should respond shortly afterwards, but if you need further support from us, please include our email address (licensing@sketch.com) in the field labelled Notify an additional email address: (optional) to keep us in the loop so that we can help if necessary.

Note: Depending on your location, your final invoice amount may vary due to exchange rates and applicable taxes.
