Why is there a charge on my statement from FastSpring?
Our e-commerce partner, FastSpring, processes payments for Mac-only licenses. If you have recently purchased a Mac-only license, the transaction will be shown as FastSpring on your account or statement.
If you still don’t identify the charge or suspect it may be fraudulent, you can contact FastSpring directly for assistance by filling in the contact form.
You will need to confirm your full name, email address and Order ID (the code starting with BOH that you received right after purchasing your license). You can also add a brief description of your request and attach any supporting documents.
