I’m not receiving emails from Sketch

There are a few of things to do if you’re not receiving emails from Sketch.

  • Please ensure your email account is active
  • Check your Spam/Junk/Pending messages folders for any re-directed emails
  • Add our domain @sketch.com and our IP address 167.89.52.12 to your allowlist
