Why does real-time collaboration not work with VPN?

Real-time collaboration is available in beta as part of version 71 of the Mac app. We’re slowly rolling out this update to everyone so if you haven’t been prompted to download it just yet, don’t worry — it will be available for you soon!

If you’re using a VPN or corporate network to connect to the internet, it’s important to check if traffic is allowed in both directions (inbound and outbound). Here’s a list of the domains that Sketch uses. Please allow these URLs to make sure Sketch can communicate correctly with our servers:

capacitor.prod.sketch.com

graphql.sketch.cloud

client.sketch.cloud

auth.sketch.cloud

resources-live.sketch.cloud

sketch-resources-incoming-live.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com

s3.amazonaws.com

api.sketchapp.com

download.sketch.com

download.sketchapp.com

All connections are over HTTPS (port 443).
