I can’t connect to Sketch Mirror via wi-fi

If you can’t connect to Sketch Mirror over your Wi-Fi or network connection, here are some steps you should take:

First, make sure that it’s not a local network issue. To do so you can reboot your network devices (routers and/or APs) as well as your iOS and MacOS devices.

If this doesn’t fix the issue, make sure you are running the last versions of iOS, macOS, Sketch for Mac and Sketch Mirror for iOS.

If, after updating your software and devices, you’re still seeing the same issue, we recommend checking that your network/router allows the required network traffic for Sketch Mirror to function.
