Why is my prototype not showing in the web app?

Several factors can interfere with the proper function of your prototype in the web app, so let’s recap some of the main reasons that may be causing this.

We would suggest firstly checking to make sure that you have set at least one of your Artboards as a Start Point (after this, the default Artboard Sketch Preview will display).

You can do this by selecting one of your Artboards, and then clicking Prototyping → Use Artboard as Start Point in the menu bar.

After that, you should go to the Prototype section in the web app see that you can play it from there without issue.

Note also that you will be able to select to view your prototype with or without Hotspots enabled, by clicking in the three dots in the top right corner of the prototype:
