I hereby agree to participate and to be recorded in the new video conversation pieces Sketch B.V., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designees (collectively “Sketch”), are creating.
I hereby grant Sketch non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Video recordings”).
I hereby grant Sketch the permission to use, distribute, display, publish, and broadcast the Video recordings in their marketing materials, including presentations, documentation, promotion materials, and channels without limitations.
I authorize Sketch to use my name and brief information next to the Video recordings.
I hereby affirm that such release to Sketch does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the Video recordings, to my benefit, and I understand and agree that Video recording in the possession of Sketch shall become Sketch’s property. The use and publication of the Video recording however, shall conform to my rights as a subject of said Video recording.
I forever release and hold Sketch harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Video recording in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Video recording, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
If I would like this content withdrawn at any time, I will contact marketing@sketch.com to take the appropriate action.
