How can I reactivate my subscription?

If your subscription is canceled and you want to reactivate it, you can do so in the web app. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Sketch, sign in as an Admin or Finance user and click on the Switch Workspace icon in the top left corner of the sidebar — Make sure you select the Workspace you want to reactivate.
  2. Click on the Settings icon at the top of the left sidebar, then click on Billing.
  3. Click on the Subscribe button.
  4. Select your billing plan and adjust the number of Editors as necessary.
  5. Click on Continue to Billing Details, enter your billing details, and finish off by clicking Confirm the Payment.
