Share your Sketch documents by copying a link or inviting people via email. You can also share a specific position on Canvas.

From the Workspace window, right-click any document and select Copy Link to copy its URL to your clipboard.

You can find both Copy Link and Share Settings in the menu bar under File.

Open a document, click the Share button, then click Copy Link in the panel to copy the document link. From the same panel, you can invite people by email to edit or view the document, and choose what permissions anyone with the link has.

How to share your position on Canvas

To share a Canvas position, open the document in the web app, zoom and pan to the area you want to share, then right-click and select Copy Link from Position. This copies a URL to your clipboard that preserves the exact position and zoom level, which you can paste into an email or message.

Custom og:image

To create a custom og:image for your document, add a page named Cover and create a frame with the same name inside it using a 16:9 aspect ratio. The contents of this frame appear as the preview image when the document is shared.

We cache og:images for 24 hours. If you update your cover frame, changes may take up to a day to appear when sharing. Social networks may also cache their own versions on different schedules, so updates might not appear immediately across all platforms.
